Harkness Industries’ unparalleled knowledge of urethane chemistry
coupled with a wide variety of engineering capabilities enable our
design group to select the optimum urethane for each application.
We produce products from 10 Shore A to 80 Shore D utilizing the following
castable urethane types:
- Polyether – TDI
- Polyester - TDI
- Poyether - MDI
|
- Polyester - MDI
- Polycaprolactone - TDI

Choosing the right urethane is the first step in delivering a product
that meets your requirements. Harkness Industries’ manufacturing
processes include open & compression molding, centrifugal casting,
low-pressure injection, and thick film coating. We bond urethane
to a variety of materials including carbon steel, stainless steel,
aluminum, cured urethane, epoxy, and fiberglass.
We are capable of
producing both a single prototype, or production runs of 10,000
or more parts. The combination of material selection,
product design assistance, and manufacturing flexibility, all under
the umbrella of a certified ISO 9001:2000 quality management system,
will enable us to meet any custom molded opportunity.
