Precision-cast sheet

Our sheets are ideal for fabrication into a wide variety of products. Precision-cast sheet sizes are available in black or natural in increments of 12” square up to 48” square in thicknesses from 1/32” to 3”. Our standard tolerances for precision-cast sheet are as follows:

• 1/32” thru 3/16”: +/-.010”
• ¼” thru 3/8”: +/-.015”
• ½” thru 1-1/4”: +/-.025”
• 1-1/2” and above, +/- 2%.

Open-cast sheet

The open-cast process allows great dimensional flexibility. Sheets and blocks of urethane can be fabricated into most of the following combinations:

• Widths 1” to 48”
• Lengths 48” to 96”
• Thickness 3/8” to 8”

Dimensional tolerances are more liberal than our Precision-cast sheet , and will vary based upon the specific shape. Open-cast sheets are made to order daily in all hardnesses. Standard colors are natural and black, with custom colors available upon request. Click here to request a quote

Fabric-backed sheet

Liquid urethane is cast onto .048” thick duck cloth becoming an integral part of the cloth and thereby providing an outstanding bond between both materials. Our proprietary process eliminates strikethrough to the exposed side of the fabric. This fabric – urethane combination allows many options for bonding to a wide variety of substrates. Sheets from ¼” to ½” thickness are available in many hardnesses and colors in sheets of 48” x 48”. Click here to request a quote
