Cast Urethane - Standard Shapes

Harkness Industries’ cast urethane shapes are well known for their extraordinary toughness, durability and consistent quality. Our MP series product line will improve service life by 10 to 20 times versus that of conventional rubbers and plastics. In the toughest abrasion environments, urethanes will outlast hardened steel by a factor of 5 to 1.

Beginning with premium urethane raw materials, we are able to formulate stock shapes that will give the ultimate performance in any application. Sheets, rods, tubes, and bars are manufactured to tight tolerances and adhere to strict quality control requirements. Our ISO 9001:2000 certification is our commitment to continuous improvement.

Stock shapes can be used “as-is” or fabricated into a wide variety of configurations by machining, grinding, turning, water jet cutting, and many other shaping techniques. Cast urethane shapes can be bonded to various metals, fabric, many plastics, and even to other urethanes.

Our MP series of cast urethane shapes are available in a hardness range from 10 Shore A to 75 Shore D. We stock many hardnesses of most shapes in a variety of sizes in both natural and black.
